Jason Antill graduated from Brookes in 2001 and was a founding committee member of OBREMS in 2006.
In 2008, he set up PureRES, a niche commercial Chartered Surveying firm offering professional services to both landlords and tenants.
He became the Chairman of OBREMS in January 2017 and is aiming to increase membership, continue to support the successful graduate mentoring scheme, continue to raise monies for graduate bursaries and charitable courses.
In 2018 Jason helped set up PropSail and is currently the commodore.
His biggest achievement as chairman was working with the committee to raise £10,000 at the 7th Annual OBREMS dinner.

Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate
Andrew Hynard is Chief Executive of The Howard de Walden Estate, which he joined in October 2016. The Estate comprises 92 acres of principally residential, medical, office and retail property in Marylebone. It includes Harley Street and Marylebone High Street. Prior to that he spent the majority of his career at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), where he was UK Deputy Chairman.
He is a former Chairman of the Investment Property Forum, and currently chairs the RICS Commercial Property Forum. He is on the advisory board of Clipstone and the Tim Henman Foundation and a Trustee of University College of Estate Management, The Story of Christmas and Tenterden and District Day Centre.
